When I prepare for a game I'm kind of superstitious..lol I do the same thing every week, I sleep all day get up eat pasta for carbs and energy talk to my family back home in Cleveland and Orlando watch some film for about 45min go to the stadium and get ready to dominate! Again thanks for your support...

Wow I have a huge fan that's great and yes I was glad to come back last year too! My off-season is treating me very well I have been working out since Mid January preparing myself to dominate this year. Im still very hungry for a GREY CUP, and the way we let one slip last year is killing me..As for another opp at the NFL yeah their is a window for that but to be honest I love being here in Winnipeg and you guys are some great fans so it will be tuff to leave.  They (NFL) are going to have to give me a huge bonus for me to come and I really don't think they are going to do that so Winnipeg is my home away from home!  Yeah we are very talented but we still have to continue to gel and play with a chip on or shoulders like were the best and play that way.  Look forward to seeing you at TC and thanks for the support get those Ike Charlton jerseys...

Ike. It was great to have you back in 2007 and I'm looking forward to a full season in 2008. Do you prefer your role at OLB or do you think you might play an even bigger role at Safety now that Kyries was left for the NFL. Safety seems to be an area of concern going into TC.

Yeah a full season is going to be great and I'm looking forward to it, and as for my preference to a position well that's a good question?  To be honest I'm a DB by size and my speed but people see me at SAFETY becuase of my physical play and in this defense the position I play is probably the most important position on our defense and that's where Marshall wants me.  I would luv to play SAFETY but then ill be out of the action.  People are looking at the fact that since Hebert is gone we are in trouble but I don't think so.  Hebert was quality for us but a better special teams player so if anything he's going to be missed there.  We have some guys that are going to have to step up and get it done or yeah you may see me there but only if needed but "SAM LB" is just like a strong safety so im fine with it.  Its more pressure to Play "SAM LB" then safety because in our defense you have to cover and if your weak there then its going to be problems thats where teams like to target!  Safety in the CFL is easy I think so well be ok..SAM LB it is, Man do I remember my time in the Northwest but i don't miss the rain...Thanks for ur support keep the questions coming...
