Hey Ike! First I\'d like to tell you that at my work, I\'m pretty much the only real football fan there. But the day after the Grey Cup, and for nearly a week after all I talked about with anyone there was your huge hit on I think it was Andy Fantuz. Way to turn their heads! Second, I was wondering how often professional athletes like yourself go to a fast food joint. I\'m guessing not often for obvious reasons, but I find it hard to believe that you could eat healthy ALL the time.

Chris what going on man! Glad to see you stop by and thanks for the support! That hit was on DJ Flick#3...How often do guys go to fast food places I must say all the time...lol  I am pretty much a health freak but I do have one cheat day out of the week   Not everybody likes to cook so they go out to eat what ever they can at the time...But its not hard at all to eat healthy all the time its in the MIND...Thanks again.....
